Withdrawal from SBTS - Inside SBTS

A student who desires to withdraw from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary must submit this Withdrawal form. Student withdrawals will be processed by the Academic Records Office anytime during the current semester.

Refunds will be made in accordance with the current course drop/withdrawal policy. Students will receive grades of “WP” for all classes until the mid-point of the current semester/term. Students who withdraw after that time will receive automatic “Fs”.

Readmission. A student who withdraws and desires to be readmitted must contact Admissions at least 30 days prior to the beginning of the semester or term. The reapplication fee will not apply.
