New Policy: How Rentals Work
Patrons with an SBTS shield card may check out any rental item for a minimal day-of use fee. Such use is limited to the campus. Patrons may inquire to see if an item is available for check-out at the HRC front desk.
About reserving rentals: rentals may be reserved for planned events, but must be reserved two weeks before the pick-up date. There will be an additional $10 charge if reserved one week before and a $20 charge if reserved the day of the pick-up. These charges along with late fees serve to give priority to the usual guests the HRC serves each week.
A valid Shield Card/student ID # is needed for rental pick-up.
Payment is required at the time of pick-up via credit card (we do not accept cash).
A late fee of $10 will be assessed for each day after the agreed upon return date.
