When a new employee is hired, there are a few technology items that need to be set up in order to open their account and give them access to certain files and applications. Please review the New Employee Checklist to determine which items are applicable to the position. You can find these forms on Secure SBTS. Once the forms have been filled out and signed by a supervisor, please submit them to the Campus Technology Office.

To change your password, log in to MySBTS using your current username and password. Once you have logged in, go to your profile in the upper right hand corner of the page. In the profile section you will find the password reset portal, which gives you the option to reset passwords for Info SBTS, SBTS Apps, Gmail, and Windows login.
Faculty and staff are more than welcome to request equipment for loan. Currently we have laptops and iPads available. If you would like to reserve one please fill out the form below.
We have an amazing Classroom Technology team who is there to help faculty understand and troubleshoot the technology that is so frequently used in the classrooms. Our classroom tech team will gladly meet with you and give a short tutorial on how to operate the various equipment. SBTS and Boyce Faculty, Staff and Students can download Office 365 for free using their SBTS email address. Access Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote online or install it on up to devices. When prompted, staff will indicate that they are “Teachers” when signing up.
