Office 365

SBTS and Boyce Faculty, Staff and Students can download Office 365 for free using their SBTS email address. Access Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote online or install it on up to devices. Sign up using your  @students.sbts.edu email account.

Student Email Account

All students receive a student email account, and you can access this account by going to the link below. Enter your full @students.sbts.edu email address in the username field and your password. This email also allows you access to other helpful Google Services like Google Drive.

Logos

As a SBTS/Boyce College student, you have access to Logos Bible Software at no cost to you. Sign up for free by going to the link below, following the prompts, and then creating a new account with your @students.sbts.edu email address.

Southern Profile Credentials

Access MySBTS and Canvas using your Southern Profile credentials. To reset your Southern Profile and student email passwords visit the forgot password page at the link below or from within the profile section of MySBTS. Please note that this username is not your email address, so it does not end in @students.sbts.edu. 

MySBTS

Access MySBTS to register for classes and for account information such as your tuition balance and detailed degree information. When signing in, be sure to sign in using your username as opposed to including your entire email address.

Canvas

Access your course home pages on Canvas. Please note that the “Inbox” inside of Canvas is not the same as your student email. Be sure that you are checking both. Canvas can be accessed through MySBTS.

Campus Wi-Fi

The SBTS_OpenWiFi network is available inside buildings across campus, except for the apartment buildings (Grinstead, Springdale, Foster); however, apartment residents have access to Wi-Fi by using a personal router. If you are having trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi please contact Campus Technology.

Password Support

To change your password, log in to MySBTS using your current username and password. Once you have logged in, go to your profile in the upper right hand corner of the page.  In the profile section you will find the password reset portal, which gives you the option to reset passwords for Info SBTS, SBTS Apps, Gmail, and Windows login.

New Employees

When a new employee is hired, there are a few technology items that need to be set up in order to open their account and give them access to certain files and applications.  Please review the New Employee Checklist to determine which items are applicable to the position.  You can find these forms on Secure SBTS.  Once the forms have been filled out and signed by a supervisor, please submit them to the Campus Technology Office.

Terminated Employees

When an employee is terminated, there are a few items that must be submitted in order to remove access and close their accounts.  Please review the Terminated Employee Checklist to determine which forms are applicable.  You can find these forms on Secure SBTS Once the forms have been filled out and signed by a supervisor, please submit them to the Campus Technology Office.

Classroom Technology

We have an amazing Classroom Technology team who is there to help faculty understand and troubleshoot the technology that is so frequently used in the classrooms.  Our classroom tech team will gladly meet with you and give a short tutorial on how to operate the various equipment. If you need assistance with classroom technology, please contact them via email at campustechnology@sbts.edu or by phone at 502-897-4007.
