MAP Evaluation Forms - Inside SBTS

The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary desires that Ministry Apprenticeship Program (MAP) courses be high quality academic and field education seminars. In order to assess the quality of participating MAP Affiliates, Southern Seminary evaluates both MAP Instructors/Supervisors as well as students upon the completion of each MAP seminar.

1) Every MAP Instructor/Supervisor who participates in Southern Seminary’s MAP program is required to complete the following survey at the end of each semester:
