Key Agreement & Mailbox Information

You will receive ONE key but you may make as many copies as needed. There is a $50 fee to replace lost keys. Holds will be placed on your account if fee is not paid.

Mail and Package Information

Letter mail will be sorted into the mailbox and packages will be picked up at the mailroom window.
You will receive one email for every package you receive in the mailroom.
If mail is received without the full and correct address, including first and last name, mail may be delayed.
Any unclaimed packages that have not been picked up after 2 weeks will be returned to sender, unless authorized by a mailing service specialist.
Packages must be picked up by the student who received the confirmation email; pickup by another student must be authorized via email to mailing services or phone call to the mailroom.
