The Student Housing Office is overjoyed to serve SBTS students by providing housing options for single students, married students, and students with families. We are also glad to offer short term missionary housing as well!
Residence Halls
Carver Hall and Legacy offer single and multiple occupancy rooms for single students. Amenities include lounges, community kitchens, free laundry facilities, WiFi, and 24-hour security.
Family Housing
Southern offers a wide variety of family living options. Whether you desire one or two bedrooms, one or two bathrooms, carpet or hardwood, new or vintage, we have options for you. All family apartment rates include water, trash, cable TV, internet and 24-hour security.
Missionary Housing
One and two-bedroom apartments are available for short-term stays and for missionaries on furlough. Each apartment is completely furnished and contains all necessary housewares such as dishes and linens. Cable TV, internet, and laundry facilities are available to all guests.
