ALL STUDENTS AND FACULTY: SBTS MEN’S CAMPING TRIP

Fathers and sons are invited to an overnight camping trip to Jefferson Memorial Forest on Friday, June 7^th. Cost is $10 per person, or $25 max per family. Food and campsite fees are included in the price. Come to the Health and Rec Center for information or to sign up, or email jelee@sbts.edu for details. Camping equipment may also be rented from the Health and Rec Center on a first-come first-serve basis by contacting jelee@sbts.edu.

Starting this week, the concierge desk in the Sesquicentennial Pavilion will be selling discounted tickets for Kings Island, Holiday World, and the Creation Museum. Please come by the desk on weekdays from 9:00am-4:30pm, or call 502-897-4590 for more information.

ALL STUDENTS: THINK: WORSHIP COURSES/SCHOLARSHIPS

All Boyce and Seminary students interested in pastoring and leading worship are invited to attend THINK: Worship June 17-19 for a conference on thoughtful, biblical worship leading. The conference will be held on the Seminary’s campus and the speakers include Matt Boswell, Bob Kauflin, Mike Cosper, Mike Harland, Michael Card, Donald Whitney, and special guest Harold Best. Scholarships are available in Event Productions for students to attend for free if they have yet to use their semester scholarship. Also, course credit is available for Foundations in Worship and Worship Resources. Students may register for classes via Moodle. ALL M.DIV. STUDENTS: PRESIDENT’S INTERNSHIP

M.Div. students are encouraged to apply for the President’s Internship, a two-year program centralized in the Office of the President. Preference is given to students scheduled to begin their second year of study in the fall, but other applications will be considered as well. Questions regarding the internship may be sent to presoffice@sbts.edu. Applications are available at http://inside.sbts.edu/files/2013/05/intern_application.pdf and are due by Friday, May 31.

ALL: NEW CHILDCARE OPTION AT HRC

The HRC is now offering childcare services on Friday morning from 9am-12pm. The cost is $3.00 per child. Punch cards can be purchased as well. This is an ‘any-occasion’ childcare service. If you need to workout, study, run errands, do homework, etc., feel free to take advantage of this childcare opportunity.

ALL: “KIDS EAT FREE” FRIDAY NIGHTS

Please join us! “Kids Eat Free” is every Friday night from 5-7 pm. It is for children age 12 and under, and in the Dining Hall only. There must be one full buffet purchase for the free kids meals. Please call Dining Services at 897-4415 if you have any questions.

SBTS is excited to announce our latest conference, Think: Worship, for worship pastors on June 17-19. Speakers include Bob Kauflin, Matt Boswell, Mike Cosper, Mike Harlan, Michael Card, and Donald Whitney. The goal of Think: Worship is to challenge worship leaders to think seriously about every aspect of corporate worship. ALL: KIDS 12 AND UNDER EAT FREE IN THE CAFETERIA

On the 2^nd and last Friday of every month, kids 12 and under (limit 4 free kid meals per one paid adult) can eat free at the cafeteria. Enjoy a delicious meal with your kids in the cafeteria during dinner hours from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, starting Friday, October 12.

ALL: FOOD COLLECTION FOR THE ATTIC

The Attic is now accepting food items between 2pm-5pm, Monday-Saturday. Donors should bring the items during these hours so that a volunteer may store them to keep for seminary families in need. Limited refrigerator and freezer space is now available on site so please consider donating luncheon meats, dairy items as well as frozen entrees. Please note that these items must not be left in the collection bins but must be given to a volunteer. Canned food is also accepted and may be left in the donation bins. Families in need who would benefit from these donations must contact The Attic at theattic@sbts.edu and arrange an appointment for picking up food items.
